Quiet Environment: To maintain a tranquil atmosphere, we ask that you silence your mobile devices and speak softly while in the spa.

Children: For the safety and relaxation of all our guests, we do not permit children under the age of 12 in the spa area unless they are receiving a treatment and are accompanied by an adult.

Booking and Cancellation

Reservations: Advanced booking is recommended to secure your preferred time and treatment. Walk-ins are welcome based on availability.

Cancellation Policy: We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations or no-shows will incur a 50% charge of the scheduled service.

Credit Card Policy and Cancellation Policy

Credit Card Policy: All Clients are required to add a credit card on file to hold an appointment.

Cancellation Policy: As a courtesy you will receive a confirmation for your appointment prior to your arrival.

We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations or rescheduling. Late cancellations, late rescheduling, or no-shows will incur a 100% charge of the scheduled service.
